How to unlock google phone for free

Apparently some people out on the internet  want to charge you $20 for the privilege of unlocking your T-Mobile G1 smartphone running the semi-desirable Google Android mobile OS. 

The trick in the video below is to email customer service and ask for an unlock code. And if they are kind enough, this won’t be too much trouble for them to email back with the necessary details so you can ditch T-Mobile for another network provider.

  1. Hi, am tring to unblock my boyfriend new G1 phone so he could activiated in Mexico but, I was unable to see the video. could you please send instructions. I have tried talking to Tmobile but they dont budge even thou the service we are using in Mexico has a contract with them.

  2. Please how can I access internet if google asks for a login name and password, even though I already have a sim card with data plan in Brazil. My G1 was unlocked in USA with T-mobile unlock code.
